TYAC Playoffs will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024 AND Sunday, October 13, 2024.

Location and day is based on league seeding

Squiggs (100#) Football are seed 1 and will be playing at Niles Little Red Dragon field (1155 West Park Ave, Niles, OH 44446) on SATURDAY, October 12th Game time starts at 1pm. Football players need to be at the field by 12:15 pm for warm-ups and weigh-in. HLT Squiggs will face 4 Hubbard Little Eagles.
Since HLT is the higher seed, we are considered the HOME team and MUST provide the chain crew for this game!!
Reminder that this field does not have bleachers! Please bring chairs!!

Midgets (145#) Football are seed 3 and will be playing at Howland High School Stadium on SUNDAY, October 13 (200 Shaffer Dr NE, Warren, OH 44484). Tentative time for the game to start is 3 pm. Football players will need to be at the field by 2:15 pm for warm-ups and weigh-in. HLT Midgets will face 2 Girard Little Indians.
Since HLT is the lower seed, we are considered the AWAY team.

All of the same rules for HLT home games will still apply for playoff games – there will be NO SMOKING or Vaping in or around school property, the band shelter is off limits, the use of Pop-up canopies inside the stadium is not allowed, football players and cheerleaders only are permitted on the field, parking is in the lots by the school building only!

HEAVY WEIGH-INS
Heavy Weigh-ins will take place on SATURDAY, October 12th at 11AM at Niles’ field for the Squiggs- 100# team.
Football players MUST have their helmets and jerseys to weigh-in. Heavy weighins for Squiggs (100#) are any player weighing 100 – 105.9 lbs.

Heavy Weigh-ins will take place on SUNDAY, October 13th at 11AM at Howland’s field for the Midgets- 145# team.
Football players MUST have their helmets and jerseys to weigh-in.
Heavy weighins for Midgets (145#) are any player weighing 145 – 165.9 lbs.

Any player who misses weigh-ins WILL NOT be eligible to play in the playoff game! This is a league rule!!
