The 3rd and FINAL Equipment Turn in will be Saturday, November 19th from 10-12 pm at Life Storage on Elm Rd (3787 Elm Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483)

Invoices will be sent for any equipment not turned in on or before this date Invoices must be paid before your child can receive their end of season trophy and before your child can participate next season.

Please wash all rib vests and practice jerseys. All award stickers need to be removed from helmets before returning

Enter through the opened gate and drive straight to the back of the facility. Turn left when you reach the back fence (there will be storage units on the left and a fence on the right).
