A reminder for equipment turn-in day tomorrow (Saturday,  October 30th) from 10:30am – 2pm at Life Storage on Elm Rd (3787 Elm Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483) HLT’s unit is J5. Enter through the open gate and drive straight to the back of the facility-turn right when you reach the last set of units facing the fence.
Please remember to wash all practice jerseys and rib vests and remove ALL award (paw) stickers from the helmets.

Banquet forms and wristbands will be available at equipment turn-in. You can also bring basket raffle items and coach gift donations.
Each team has their own basket theme:

125# – Coffee
145# – Arts & Crafts

Cheer
100# – Gift Card/Lottery
125# – Movies
145# – Beauty

HLT’s end of year banquet will be Sunday,  December 12th from 1 to 4pm at Freeway Lanes (2700 Parkman Rd NW 1635, Warren, OH 44485).
Football Players, Cheerleaders and Coaches are Free. Additional tickets/wristbands are $10 each. Wristbands will NOT be available for purchase on banquet day.
