There will be a Trustee meeting tonight following practice by the football practice field.

Anyone interested in volunteering there time this season is encouraged to attend.

At the conclusion of this season, HLT Trustees will be voting on all board positions for the 2026 and 2027 football and cheer seasons. Many of the current board members will not be returning next year due to their football players/cheerleaders moving on to Middle School sports next year.

Volunteers for board positions are imperative for the continuation of the organization. Anyone interested in holding a board position are encouraged to attend meetings and can begin shadowing those current roles to get an idea of expectations for next season.

Board positions serve 2 year terms, and they include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Athletic Director and Cheer Director.

Elections for the 2026 and 2027 season will take place during the November Trustee meeting. Those interested in holding a board position will attend the meeting (Date and location TBD).
